A Little About Myself...
Hello,
My name is Rachel Weisenbach and I teach blue track biology. I am also an EA for our red track high school program as well. This is my fifth year teaching at Santa Rosa Academy. I absolutely love being a part of the Ranger family! I graduated from Azusa Pacific University with my Single Subject Teaching Credential in Biological Science and my Bachelors of Arts in Cognitive Science from the University of California, Irvine. My hobbies include cycling, running, hiking and anything else that takes place outdoors. I was born and raised in Southern California and currently live in Menifee with my husband and daughter.
I have a strong passion for science and strive to bring that energy to the learning experiences of my students.
I believe that encouraging students to use scientific principles to seek truth helps develop their critical thinking skills as well as progress their personal development. It is my philosophy that all students can learn and want to learn when material is presented to them in a way in which meets their learning needs.
I look forward to this school year and meeting each and every one of you!
Sincerely,
Mrs. Rachel Weisenbach
